You guarantee that said materials are your own original creation and/or you have the legal right to grant the license outlined above. If you are mistaken about or misrepresent your rights in these materials, you agree to pay the costs of remedying any damages caused by your submission and defending any legal action taken against us as a result of your submission.

You can't change your mind. We can share it, sell it, make new things from it, and we don't have to pay you... or even thank you (we probably will thank you, but you can't demand our gratitude). This doesn't stop you from using the material you created, but it makes sure we're not having to clear a format change, book project, etc. with 500 different submitters. You promise that what you're sending is original and that you made it, or if it's not your original creation, that you're absolutely sure it's legal for you to send it and for us to use it under the terms above. If you're lying or mistaken about that, and it costs us money to deal with it, we're going to expect you to do the right thing and cover the costs you caused us.

**One Caveat When Tweeting: If you've chosen to only let approved people follow you and see your tweets, when you tweet to @blessmeme, we may not see it. We're not going to apply to follow anyone (except Greg's sister, who never tweets anyway).
